Where is the Umpqua Valley?  Oregon's Umpqua Valley sits between the Coast Range to the west and the Cascade Range to the east, with the Willamette Valley to the north and the Rogue Valley to the south.  Roseburg is at the heart of the Umpqua Valley where the Umpqua River winds throughout the city.  Roseburg is approximately 70 miles South of Eugene and 100 miles North of Medford on Interstate 5.  This year's Umpqua River Run has moved it's start and finish to Stewart Park in Roseburg, home to Music on the Half Shell.
